"Building with Colebrooke Custom Homes was, simply stated, a dream. We’d heard horror stories about building in general - the stress, the overwhelming number of decisions to make, the things that don’t go quite as expected. We were hesitant to start the process at all mid-pandemic, and we braced ourselves for challenges that truly never came. Dustin was constantly thinking several steps ahead and did a beautiful job communicating with us and his subs to ensure that things were done usually ahead of schedule. Lauren was there to guide and assist in selections and finishes, which made the decision-making part of the process enjoyable and far from overwhelming. They approached our build as a team and strived for perfection from groundbreaking to final walk-through. Their attention to detail left no stone unturned, and they never settled for a job done below their standard of excellence.
