Meet Dustin
Meet Lauren
Having spent his whole life in Franklin County, Dustin has grown a true passion for the community he calls home. Before he transitioned to custom homebuilding, he owned and operated an automotive business right around the corner in Rolesville, where he gained a decade of retail and customer relationship experience that further enriched his natural ability to take great care of people with each and every interaction. With a vested interest in local community real estate and development, Dustin couldn’t help but make a natural jump to the industry that he always valued personally, and began Colebrooke Custom Homes.
At CCH, Dustin is the Progress Driver. He spearheads every aspect of the build process, from scoping out the perfect piece of land to planning and executing a timeless architectural design. He himself is a daily presence on the job site, overseeing and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure everything stays on schedule and goes according to plan. Dustin is an active board member on the Franklin County Homebuilders Association as well as the Franklin County Board of Adjustments.
When he’s not working, you can find Dustin spending time with those he loves - enjoying some coffee on the back porch with his wife Lauren, on his mower with his little boy, Coleman, four wheeling with good friends, or throwing the ball with their German Shepherd, Brooke.

MEET Dustin
Much like her husband Dustin, Lauren was born and raised and has a vested interest in the community she has called home her whole life - Youngsville, North Carolina. Lauren has lived her entire professional career straddling the line between Corporate America and pursuing her passion of design, and she now finds herself right at home as CCH’s in-house designer. Combining years of business experience resulting in positive, long-standing client relationships and her own personal drive for detail and design, Lauren is completely instrumental to the building process from inception to closing. She spearheads the initial drawing with the architect, creates the design boards for each home, conducts client/vendor meetings to make selections and manages all social media platforms.
Helping clients make selections is truly a delight for Lauren, who naturally has a sunny disposition and a keen eye for timeless looks - no matter the specific vision or style at hand. She loves nothing more than seeing her clients’ vision become reality as they light up beholding the final product.
When she's not dreaming of the next design, you can find Lauren spending time with friends and family. She loves to travel (especially to Blowing Rock, NC and the Caribbean), shop locally for great finds at various boutiques and organize any and everything around the house.
