We’re Dustin and Lauren, a husband and wife team with a passion for building beautiful homes for families who want to stretch out in the beautiful wide open spaces of Franklin County – families just like ours.
ColeBrooke Custom Homes began as a vision to create homes that truly support the way families live. As lifelong residents of Franklin County, community has always been at the heart of what we do. Drawing from our experience in business, customer relationships, and design, we built ColeBrooke on trust, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making. We believe the process matters just as much as the final product, and we’re proud to stay closely involved from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
Our business was named after two of the biggest inspirations in our lives: our first son, Coleman, and our loyal German Shepherd, Brooke. She was more than a family dog—she was part of our daily lives, part of our work, and truly part of the heart behind our company.

Dustin remains actively involved with the Franklin County Home Builders Association and serves on the Franklin County Board of Adjustments, bringing his experience and voice to local housing and development conversations that shape the future of the region.
These roles allow us to stay connected with fellow builders, advocate for thoughtful growth, and contribute in meaningful ways to the community we call home. We’re honored to support these organizations and others that strengthen Franklin County and its surrounding areas.
